People often create a live presentation and then want to narrate it and share it on the web for anyone to see at anytime. The easiest way to do that in Flypaper is to preview the Page in a Web Browser, and then open the Audio recorder and talk while the Page is playing. Why a Web Browser and not Full Screen? Because playing in a Web Browser will let you focus on the Story and click any buttons or links you may have in your Story. If you preview Full Screen with the audio recorder dialog open, you cannot change the focus to the Story.

Steps:
1) To change the preview to a Web Browser, go to File/Preview and select the last option, Web Browser...
2) Click the Record button (the microphone in the toolbar) and open the recording dialog, name the file, and select your input device (pick list at the bottom of the dialog), and move the dialog to the bottom right of the screen.
3) Click the Page Preview button in the toolbar (second from left).
4) Click Ok on the recording dialog and start talking as the page plays.
5) When done, save the audio file.

Preview the page again with your new audio file.

Note: Sometimes the audio will TimeIn later in the page (depending on what was selected when you first came to the page). You may have to click the audio file and set it's TimeIn point to 0.00 or 1.00 to get it to time with all the elements correctly.

Kieran,

If I am using the revolving menu component and want audio for each text field that appears when the user revolves the menu, how can I do that? Can you associate audio files with objects?
